Merging this blog with mysqlmusings.blogspot.com
Since it appears that the C++ things I do interleave with what I do at MySQL, it seems to be no point in keeping separate blogs. So, in the future you will see my C and C++ blogging in mysqlmusings.blogspot.com and not here.
Update: I've discovered that there are a few issues I might talk about that might end up here as well.
